Trip Itinerary 

Monday 3/5/2018

Travel day to Palm Springs Airport - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival you will look for your pickup transfer at the baggage carousel holding a SproutSocial sign.   The hotel is approximately 15 minutes away.

• You can use the pool/spa while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Attendees are on their own for lunch

7:00pm-9:00pm:  Welcome Cocktail Reception - The SNUG at Ritz-Carlton, Rancho-Mirage

• Sunset is between 6:10-6:30pm.
• This event is indoor/outdoor so we recommend a thin sweater or shawl.

Tuesday 3/6/2018

7am - Optional morning hike for those interested.  Please meet in the lobby by 6:50am.  This is a moderate level hike that lasts approximately 60-75 minutes.

9am-12pm - Today all Sprout attendees (no guests) are asked to join an employee get together located on site at the Ritz Ranch Mirage in Salon 2 meeting space.  Light breakfast will be served.

Today is your afternoon at Leisure!  Sit back and relax for the day poolside at the Adults-Only Vista Pool or all ages Main Pool.  Or for those looking to be active join one of the hotel's hikes or bike rides to explore the area.

Sprout has rented a Cabana at the Air Pool (Main Pool) from 10am-6pm to enjoy time with co-workers.

Due to the high number of spa treatment requests, many treatments will take place both Tuesday and Wednesday.  Stay tuned for posted spa schedule two weeks before the trip!

Wednesday 3/7/2018

Activities Day - Please enjoy either a round of golf or a spa treatment as a thank you for a job well done in 2017.

Activity Options:

• Golf - Today we will hit the links in our first inaugural PClub Golf Tournament.
• Spa Treatment - For those looking for pure relaxation we are offering a 50 minute stress relief massage.

7:30-10:30pm Final Dinner Event - Location: Jillians (Please meet in lobby at 7:00pm for departure).

Thursday 3/8/2018

• Check out is noon, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account.  You will only have additional charges on your account if you billed something on top of the resort credit amount provided or charged additional spa services/incidentials to the room.
